Since everyone has a blog post these days I decided to make one about my adventures in ITIL and IT Service Management. Posts will include things that I have learned, ideas, opinion and yes, even an occasional rant. If you would like to post something please feel free to leave a comment or better yet, send an email to me and I’ll create an account for you to be a guest author. If you’re just scouring the internet for ideas on implementing ITIL or working to improve IT customer service, I do hope you find some useful information; if not then that just means I’m yet another person aimlessly spewing text out into the internet for Google to index.
